copy-sign.jpgApplegate House Heritage Arts & Education (AHHAe) is a non-profit organization that was formed in December 2000 to serve people of all ages in Northern Douglas County and surrounding areas. Located in the unique setting of the 1852 Applegate House in Yoncalla, including one hundred acres of woods, a vineyard, fields and wetlands, we use its rich history as a focal point for exploring both the early pioneer era and the culture and traditions of the local Kalapuya and Western Oregon Indian tribes.

Throughout the year we hold a variety of events, including our spring and holiday teas, our educational programs for students in the Yoncalla schools, our semi-annual Apple Day, and periodic workshops or exhibits in historical topics for adults, such as last fall’s “Evening with Gus Peret and Aunt Hazel.” Visit our Facebook page.

  1. wanting to get confirmation on the tickets for the spring tea, do you send them or just on a list?I mailed in today 4/17 for 5 tickets/75$

    • The Spring Tea event is sold out. Next year we will have a better reservation system online to track these things. We are having a December Tea to make it up to people who missed out on the Spring Tea. I will contact someone and let you know if you are registered for the Spring Tea. I will send you a message via your email. Thank you so much!
